Preparing Your Space for a Concrete Floor Coating
Follow These Steps to Prep for Application
As a home or commercial building owner, you’ll want to take a few steps to ensure you get the best outcome from your DCRETE project.
1. Clear out the area.
You’ll want to clear the entire surface area of the floor that will receive coating. To help keep your property safe, our team will never move or attempt to work around personal belongings.
2. Clear away surface debris.
While we have a fine-tuned preparation process in place, we do recommend clearing away any loose dirt and debris before we get started. If you plan to use a sprayer, just be sure you allow for ample drying time before we arrive.
3. Remove or protect valuable items on the walls.
If you have artwork, sports equipment, or other items hanging from the walls in the area, remove or cover them to protect them from dust.
